As spring ball approaches, the excitement of baseball is set to return to Arvin! Arvin’s Golden Valley Little League, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is launching its 2026 sponsorship campaign to support our upcoming spring and fall seasons. For over 50 years, Arvin Little League has been a cornerstone of the Arvin, Lamont, and Weedpatch communities, proudly chartered with Little League International, Inc., Northern California, Section 7 District 61. Operated entirely by dedicated local volunteers, our league provides children with the opportunity to learn baseball and softball, develop essential life skills, and grow into responsible citizens. Your support helps us continue this legacy!

While modest participation fees help fund our programs, the heart of our success lies in generous community donations and sponsorships. These contributions enable us to maintain top-quality fields, perform essential upkeep, and provide necessary equipment for our young athletes. ARVIN’S GOLDEN VALLEY LITTLE LEAGUE SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT

Agreement Period: 2026 Spring and Fall Seasons

This agreement ("Agreement") is between Arvin’s Golden Valley Little League ("Arvin Little League") and the sponsor ("Sponsor").

Purpose of Sponsorship: Sponsorship reflects a commitment to supporting our community. While benefits are outlined below, the primary goal is to empower Arvin Little League to instill teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play in our youth, shaping them into responsible citizens.

Sponsorship Responsibilities: Sponsorship does not grant the Sponsor any operational rights, including influence over managers, coaches, or players. This Agreement does not create a partnership or joint venture; both parties are independent contractors with no authority to bind the other except as specified.

Use of Marks and Logos: Any reference to the Sponsor must clarify affiliation with Arvin Little League only, not Little League Baseball and Softball. Use of Little League marks or logos requires explicit written permission from Little League Baseball, Inc.

Sponsorship Packages

• The “Single” - $200: Your logo on a 4’x8’ banner shared with other “Single” sponsors, plus One (1) Shout out on each of our social media platforms (3), one (1) custom advertisement on our website Sponsor page.

• The “Double” - $500: A 4’x8’ banner with your logo/business info on one field (Tee Ball/Coach Pitch or Minors/Majors), plus Two (2) Shout outs on each of our social media platforms (3), one (1) custom advertisement on our website Sponsor page, Your logo and link in our local sponsor rotator on our website.

• The “Triple” - $800: A 4’x8’ banner with your logo/business info on both fields, plus Three (3) Shout outs on each of our social media platforms (3), one (1) custom advertisement on our website Sponsor page, Your logo and link in our local sponsor rotator on our website, custom advertisement in a rotator on our main page. 

• The “Homerun” - $1050: A  4’x8’ banner with your logo/business info on both fields and all league events, Four (4) Shout outs on each of our social media platforms (3), one (1) custom advertisement on our website Sponsor page, Your logo and link in our local sponsor rotator on our website, custom advertisement in a rotator on our main page. 

• The “Grand Slam” - $1,300+: A  4’x8’ banner with your logo/business info on both fields and events, Five (5) Shout outs on each of our social media platforms (3), one (1) custom advertisement on our website Sponsor page, Your logo and link in our local sponsor rotator on our website, custom advertisement in a rotator on our main page,Custom email that you design sent to our registered members, and a 10’x10’ booth space on Opening Day (Spring only).

• Sponsor a Family - $1,000: A  4’x8’ banner with your logo/business info or family name on both fields (specify family or “general” for any in need).

• Sponsor a Team - $2,500: A  4’x8’ banner with your logo/business info on both fields and events, Monthly Shout outs on each of our social media platforms (3), one (1) custom advertisement on our website Sponsor page, Your logo and link in our local sponsor rotator on our website, custom advertisement in a rotator on our main page,Custom email that you design, sent to our registered members, team plaque, and logo on team uniforms (specify team name).

• The “All-Star” - $2,500+: A  4’x8’ banner with your logo/business info on both fields and events,  Monthly Shout outs on each of our social media platforms (3), one (1) custom advertisement on our website Sponsor page, Your logo and link in our local sponsor rotator on our website, custom advertisement in a rotator on our main page,(2) Custom emails that you design, sent to our registered members, League and All-Star team plaques, and logo on all All-Star uniforms.

• Sponsor a Field - $3,500: A  4’x8’ banner with your logo/business info on both fields and events, Monthly Shout outs on each of our social media platforms (3), one (1) custom advertisement on our website Sponsor page, Your logo and link in our local sponsor rotator on our website, custom advertisement in a rotator on our main page, (2) Custom emails that you design, sent to our registered members, League plaque, and naming of a field. (Only 2 Available)
